This week’s Pax8 Beyond 2025 conference drew record attendance to the two-day Denver event - and for good reason: leaps in AI, cybersecurity and other tech are changing the industry at an increasingly quick pace and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) don’t want to be left in the dust.

Pax8 CEO Scott Chasin, in his address to attendees, made clear that we are seeing the ushering in of an entirely new era in IT - with massive opportunity for MSPs.

“The Managed Intelligence Era is where your expertise becomes the gateway to intelligent execution, changing everything from how you serve, how you scale and how you lead,” Chasin said.

Chasin made his remarks on Day 1 of the Beyond 2025 conference, which may well stand as an important marker for the state of the industry.

The conference itself has evolved into a blend of community, education and innovation to provide a touchstone for MSPs seeking to build market opportunities and growth potential.

At Beyond 2025, Pax8 provided attendees with 43 unique breakout sessions that zeroed in on AI and engineers, MSP growth from startup to a $5 million business, future-proofing your business and public storefront strategies. Many of the sessions were led by MSPs.

Huge growth for MSPs on Pax8 tools like Opportunity Explorer and Storefronts

CEO and Chief Commerce Officer Nick Heddy dropped a huge piece of data on Pax8 partners at the conference: Partners are now seeing 52 percent more revenue with its Opportunity Explorer, 123 percent higher order value using Storefronts, and a 96 percent boost from Marketplace tools overall.

The Pax8 Marketplace is growing quickly, now supporting more than 42,000 partners, 700,000 small businesses, and 22 million users, Heddy said.

Challenges, opportunities and breaking news

The conference also saw a critical and timely keynote from CrowdStrike Chief Business Officer Daniel Bernard. He unveiled Falcon Complete—a fully managed solution combining MDR, endpoint protection, and threat hunting. Bernard also announced the launch of Vulnerability Management; a streamlined tool designed to simplify remediation and reduce complexity.

Bernard made his announcement on Day 2 of Beyond 2025.
