The managed services industry has always moved quickly. But the pace of change today is different.

Artificial intelligence, automation, and digital labor are fundamentally reshaping how small and midsize businesses operate, and, in turn, what they expect from their technology partners.

For managed service providers (MSPs), this moment represents both pressure and possibility. The role is expanding. The opportunity is growing. And the partners who adapt will define what comes next.

Once a year, the Channel ecosystem comes together to make sense of that change.

This June, Pax8 Beyond touches down in Salt Lake City, bringing thousands of partners together for three days focused on where the industry is headed and how to move with it.

Pax8 Beyond 2026 will take place June 7–9 at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Registration is currently $399 through April 30 and $499 thereafter, with availability becoming increasingly limited.

More than an annual conference, Beyond has become a key moment for partners navigating an industry that’s evolving more quickly than ever before. As AI adoption accelerates and platform ecosystems expand, the event provides both perspective and practical guidance for what comes next.

This year’s conference is anchored in a central theme: the shift from traditional managed services to Managed Intelligence. As partners evolve into Managed Intelligence Providers (MIPs), their role extends beyond managing infrastructure to orchestrating intelligence, automation, and outcomes for their customers.

Across three days, attendees will explore what that transformation looks like in practice.

The agenda features more than 70 hours of content, including Pax8 and guest keynotes, breakout and boardroom sessions, product demonstrations, and peer-led discussions. Pax8 executives, including CEO Scott Chasin, President and Chief Commerce Officer Nick Heddy, Chief Product Officer Libby McIlhany, and Chief Experience Officer Craig Donovan, will headline sessions focused on the future of the cloud Marketplace and the evolving partner role.

Artificial intelligence will be a central focus throughout the event. Sessions will examine how agentic AI is beginning to automate operational workflows, how partners can introduce AI-driven solutions to SMB customers, and how those capabilities can be translated into scalable, recurring revenue streams.

Cybersecurity will remain equally critical, with discussions centered on how partners can adapt their skills, services, and strategies to address an increasingly complex and dynamic threat landscape. In addition, Beyond will home in on how MSP partners can grow their revenue, minimize their risk, and increase their efficiency through value-add blueprints like the Results Selling Framework.

Importantly, Beyond is designed for the entire partner organization. Role-based tracks ensure that leaders, sales teams, technical practitioners, and operations professionals can all engage with content tailored to how they contribute to building and scaling modern service businesses.

Beyond the sessions themselves, the event continues to be defined by its community. Networking opportunities, from informal conversations to structured gatherings, offer partners the chance to exchange ideas, compare approaches, and learn directly from one another’s experiences.

For many attendees, that peer insight is just as valuable as the formal content.

At its core, Pax8 Beyond 2026 is about helping partners understand not just where the market is going, but how to move within it. As the industry shifts toward Managed Intelligence, the event provides a clear view into the capabilities, business models, and strategies required to succeed in the next phase of the channel.

Registration is now open while space remains available.
